When the Contractor, its employees or <br />subcontractors commence work, the dontractor <br />contractually agrees to obey all applicable <br />Federal, State and local mine safsty apd health <br />laws and company rules and regulations. <br />2. Every employee of the Contractor, subcontlractor or <br />any other person doing any work on the cdntraction <br />site will recoiw hazard training to familiarize <br />then with the primary hazards related to the Work <br />activities. <br />3. Periodic inspections will be conducted by Bettis <br />Mountain Gold Company roprssontativee. Safety <br />violations identified will bo abated on~a timely <br />basis by the Contractor or subcontrectorl.
