Summary Reports <br />Summary reports will be prepared subsequent to the <br />completion of each sampling event and the receipt of the <br />analytical results from the chosen laboratory. These <br />reports will include a summary of the sampling <br />activities, sampling observation documentation, "chain of <br />custody" documentation, the verbatim analytf~cal results <br />from the laboratory, with comments on (unusual or <br />unexpected. results, and recommendations for minor <br />sampling changes, if indicated by the analytictal results. <br />these anticipated activities are included within the <br />contract cost projection. <br />In the event the DMG determines, on the basss of third <br />party sampling, that monitoring data from t~e tailings <br />facility by BMRI is inaccurate or unreliable, the DMG <br />contract administrator may request the co tractor to <br />prepare an estimate of the work effort equired to <br />complete an in-depth evaluation of the proble including <br />additional sampling and analytical protocol if deemed <br />appropriate. If the DMG contract administrator concurs <br />with the recommended additional acts sties, an <br />appropriate Change Order to the contracl~t will be <br />requested. These supplemental activities are not <br />included within the contract cost projection.. <br />-3- <br />
