Summary Reports
Summary reports will be prepared subsequent to the
completion of each sampling event and the receipt of the
analytical results from the chosen laboratory. These
reports will include a summary of the sampling
activities, sampling observation documentation, "chain of
custody" documentation, the verbatim analytf~cal results
from the laboratory, with comments on (unusual or
unexpected. results, and recommendations for minor
sampling changes, if indicated by the analytictal results.
these anticipated activities are included within the
contract cost projection.
In the event the DMG determines, on the basss of third
party sampling, that monitoring data from t~e tailings
facility by BMRI is inaccurate or unreliable, the DMG
contract administrator may request the co tractor to
prepare an estimate of the work effort equired to
complete an in-depth evaluation of the proble including
additional sampling and analytical protocol if deemed
appropriate. If the DMG contract administrator concurs
with the recommended additional acts sties, an
appropriate Change Order to the contracl~t will be
requested.
