Quality Control certifications provided for the geogrid is presented in Appendix O-1. Conformance
testing results performed on geogrid used in the remediation of the underground workings within the
footprint of the PSSA are presented in Appendix O-2. Golder monitored geogrid installation,
including construction of proper connections by use of bodkin bars.
Conformance testing for geogrid used for Phase Nb PSSA construction met specifications.
