r1 <br />~_J <br />June 24, 2003 -20- <br />3.3 PSSA Liner System <br />003-2203.7 <br />Geomembrane installation activities for the PSSA liner system included deployment, seaming, and <br />non-destructive and destructive testing of 100-mil single-sided textured LLDPE geomembrane, <br />100-mil double-sided textured LLDPE geomembrane, and 100-mil smooth LLDPE geomembrane. <br />Poly-Flex deployed geomembrane panels as follows: <br />• 100-mil single-sided textured LLDPE geomembrane (textured side down) panels <br />L-79 through L-128, L-135 through L-269, L-312 through L-385, L-396 through <br />L-425, L-436 through L-437, L-517, L-518, L-522 through L-526, L-531 through <br />L-544, and L-552 through L-602 as part of the lower liner (approximately <br />826,737 square feet); <br />• 100-mil double-sided textured LLDPE geomembrane panels L-426 through <br />L-435, L-513 through L-516, L-519 through L-521, L-527 through L-530, and <br />L-545 through L-551 as part of the lower liner (approximately 58,442 square <br />feet); <br />• 100-mil smooth LLDPE geomembrane panels M-270 through M-311, M-438 <br />through M-512, and M-616 through M-654 as part of the lower liner <br />(approximately 328,215 square feet); <br /> <br />• 100-mil double-sided textured LLDPE geomembrane panels U-334 through <br />U-362 (not including U-361) as part of the upper liner (approximately <br />54,406 square feet); <br />• 100-mil single-sided textured LLDPE geomembrane (textured side up and <br />textured side down) panels U-361, U-363, U-368 through U-380, and U-398 <br />through U-400 as part of the upper liner (approximately 11,930 squaze feet); and <br />• 100-mil smooth LLDPE geomembrane panels U-01 through U-360, U-364 <br />through U-367, U-381 through U-397, and U-401 through U-456 as part of the <br />upper liner (approximately 1,095,638 square feet). <br />i• <br />Geomembrane was placed on compacted and approved SLF, LVSCF or SF as part of the Phase Nb <br />PSSA. Record Drawing No. 6 in Appendix A presents the PSSA geomembrane panel layout for the <br />lower geomembrane layer. Ames anchored geomembrane at the limits of the Phase Nb PSSA in an <br />anchor trench a minimum of 3 feet deep by 2 feet wide.
