The Report <br />includes an Executive Summary and updated information on the completion of all required abatement <br />steps. <br />Through the cooperative efforts of Twentymile Coal Company, the Division of Reclamation, Mining, <br />and Safety, and the other jurisdictional agencies, we were able to successfully address the temporary <br />consequences of this unfortunate accident through timely containment, assessment, clean-up, and <br />remediation, with no significant adverse impacts to drainage characteristics, water quality, or aquatic <br />life in Foidel Creek or downstream drainages. Thanks for your cooperation and assistance in <br />addressing specific issues related to the accidental discharge, and subsequent clean-up and remediation <br />efforts.
