Also, attached to this transmittal is documentation of <br />submittal of copies of this completion report to the other identified jurisdictional agencies (Abatement <br />Step I1). <br />Through the cooperative efforts of Twentymile Coal Company, the Division of Reclamation, Mining, <br />and Safety, and the other jurisdictional agencies, we were able to successfully address the temporary <br />consequences of this unfortunate accident through timely containment, assessment, clean-up, and <br />remediation, with no significant adverse impacts to drainage characteristics, water quality, or aquatic <br />life in Foidel Creek or downstream drainages. Thanks for your cooperation and assistance, and for the <br />involvement and cooperation of David Berry and Dan Hernandez, in addressing all issues related to the <br />accidental dischazge, and subsequent clean-up and remediation efforts.
