Golder Associates Inc. (Golder) has prepared this letter for the Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mining
Company (CC&V) regarding Request For Information (RFI) No. 104 submitted by Ames
• Construction. RFI No. 104 presents a proposed modification to the riser pipe configuration. The
proposed modification consists of replacing the 26" HDPE pipe lengths entering the Phase IV PSSA
~ sump with steel piping.
Golder has reviewed the proposed modification and agrees that steel pipe may be used to replace the
HDPE pipe lengths in the sump. The steel pipe must have the same wall thickness (schedule 40) as
the steel stub pipe material.
Golder appreciates the ongoing opportunity to provide engineering services for the Cresson Project.
