Sufficient hydrology database information consisting of flow, water level, field parameter, and water quality information had been established priar to 1993 to define the hydrology at this location. During 1993, no new mining activities with the potential of creating detectable impacts oocisred in the vicinity of this station. Currently this statia~n is not required to be monitored further. OVM Fan Level Fast: No flows were occurring fr® this sa~lirg location duri.rg August 1993. Zhe station is located in the immediate vicinity of stations OVM Fan Level West and OVM Fan Level North and would have had pertinent data recorded had flows been occurring. In November of 1993, COVCC was cited (NOV C-93-147) far the same violation currently at issue. COVCC at that time aclanwledged its oversight in failing to address modification of the hydrologic monitarirg program in a more timely fashion and took ~~~ate steps to correct the situation to the extent possible.
