the Who Do 100-Level waste rods dump. Any temporary structures will
be dismantled/removed.
Waste Rock: The Who Do Mine area waste rods pile reclamation will be
carried out as desribed above (in conformance with the approved plan to
include any increased waste rods volume deposited subsequent to
approval).
lather. Miscellaneous materials and scrapftrash will be removed from the
area and either salvaged or disposed in accordance with applicable
regulations. The Donald R. and Bellevue Adits will be secured with a
locking (bat-accessible) permanent steel gate. Similarly, the Who: Do
shaft will be equipped with a secure, locking cover.
Mount Rova/e Adff Area:
Structures: Decommissioning of the Mt. Royale No. 1 portal area will
commence wRh the demolition and/or removal of the miner's dry and mine
office structures. [Note: Although there may tie salvage value associated
with structural and other materials and all or a certain portion of such
materials may be sold for salvage value or recycled, it has been
conservatively assumed that all such materials will be disposed and no
salvage value realized]. Decommissioning will be accomplished by
removing and appropriately disposing all internal contents, removal of the
structural shell and structural members, and fragmentatiorVremoval of any
concrete slab foundations or footers. Broken concrete (inert) debris will
be placed along the tce of the waste rock pile for eventual burial to be
accomplished through recontouring activities.
The ore biMoadout structure and the warehouse/shop structure will
remain intact. Access roadways wRhin the portal area will generally
remain present as during mining, subject to minor reconfigurations to
accommodate waste rock pile recontouring in this area.
Similarly, the portal feature will remain intact to allow future access and
facllitate portal plug monitoring and maintenance. However, a secure,
steelyated (bat accessible) closure will be installed.
If the Mount Royale No. 2 Adit were ultimately developed with supporting
surface infrastructure, the associated office/changehouse and transfer
bin/loadout would be dismantled and removed. The Mount Royale No. 2
portal feature would remain intact for (potential) future portal plug
maintenance accessibilty; however, a secure, steel-gated (bat accessible)
closure would be installed.
Waste Rock: Recontouring of waste rodk "Area A" (and "Area B", if
constructed) will incorporate slope reduction in conjunction wfth teracng
on the outslope face(s) followed by appropriate revegetation processes.
Existing run-on and run-off controls will remain in place to mitigate erosion
potential.
Exhibit D - ReWamadon Plan ~
