A monitoring point is approximately 100 feet from Che work area and indicates <br />0.09 feet of settlement in ten months. Scheduled readings of observation points will be <br />made Uctober 15, 2002. <br />The propane line was tested September 24, 2602 and held 15 psi. All connections were in <br />good condition. <br />The sewer line was inspected with a television camera on September 24, 2002 and an <br />obstruction was encountered. The line was collapsed and repaired. The collapse was <br />probably due to nearby construction of a metal building. A second inspection will be <br />made at the owner's convenience. <br />Repair oftwo vertical cracks was to be made by the owner as they felt the crncks were <br />not related to the underground mining. <br />Monitoring points on the sidewalk and the wall were placed August Ol, 2002. <br />The owners have been very cooperative.
