The following actions have been completed as of today: <br />The subsidence cracks located to the southeast and east of the Crawford residence have <br />been filled. Please see the attached invoice for backhoe and dozer work from Tony <br />Meador. These cracks will be checked next spring for further settling. <br />The propane line has been inspected by Rick's Plumbing of Cortez, Co. Please see <br />attached invoice. <br />The sewer line was video inspected only to fmd a blockage. The line was excavated and <br />repaired. Evidently, a lazge metal building was under construction neazby and was <br />unloaded directly over the sewer line, collapsing it in one azea. This is not a subsidence <br />related issue; however we have contacted Roto-Rooter to re-inspect the line for use as a <br />baseline for any future questions. Please see the attached invoice from Roto-Rooter. A <br />copy of the follow-up inspection will be forwazded upon receipt. <br />Monitoring points were installed on the sidewalk and wall August Ol, 2002. <br />The Crawfords feel that the two vertical cracks at the west comer of the house, neaz the <br />horizontal slab and vertical wall aze not subsidence related and they will affect repairs <br />themselves as time permits.
