Permit No. M-77-300 19 December, 2000 <br /> Partial Reclamation Liability Release Page 2 of 2 <br /> 2. Section 8, T3S, R70W, 6th P.M. Affected Acreage Release: <br /> a. Section 8 Tract = 1.39 Acres <br /> The Section 8 Tract consists of a total of 1.39 acres that lie in the Glencoe Valley <br /> approximately 4 miles southeast of the main mine site. This acreage has been <br /> disturbed by mining operations, having been used as a storage pad fo;- uranium ore <br /> being shipped to the Cotter Corporation milling facility in Canon City, Colorado. This <br /> area was reclaimed as part of the mine site radioactive materials license and was <br /> released for unrestricted use in 1998 by the Colorado Department of Public Health <br /> and Environment. <br /> The Financial Warranty for Permit No 0 has been reviewed in conjunction <br /> with this reclamation liability release request and the current Bond No. U2155972 of the <br /> State of Colorado, with a value of $937,090.00, is sufficient to cover all DMG related <br /> reclamation costs. <br /> if you have any questions, or require additional information please contact Timothy <br /> Pierce at (303) 642-3893 or Preston Niesen at (303) 980-1292. <br /> Sincerely <br /> Timothy W.
