The <br />Altematives, as Mobi a Premix understands them, are summarized below. <br />Alternative 1 resenled at August 8 meetinv~ -Construct spillway from the Howe <br />reservoir for ~scharSe of First Creek flood flows intended to flow through the <br />Howe reserv to the }3uli Seep Slough (flows in excess of 200 cis). Improve the <br />Bull Seep ough downstream of the Howe property to handle flows of <br />approximate) 4i~00 cfs per UDFCD Master Plan. <br />Alterna ~ve 2 (presented at August 8 meeting) -Route First Creek flood flows <br />through the owe reservoir and the two reservoirs locatcrl immediately north of <br />the Howe res lvoit also owned and to be operated by Denver Water and the South <br />Adams Co ty Water and Sanitation District. Discharges to the South Platte <br />River would be from one of the northerly reservoirs. The Bull Seep Would be <br />located as p ovided in the current MLRB Reclamation. Plan. The Bull Seep <br />Slough woul be improved to handle the 200 cfs First Creek nuisance flow and <br />Bull Seep fl ws {i.e., approximately 350 cfs total).. <br />Alternative 3 - (presented al August 29 meetinp~ -Reroute the Bull Seep from the <br />gas line easement on the Howe property moving northward and from the location <br />specified in recorded easements eastward and proximate to the western edge of <br />the Howe reservoir.
