The radio tower that is located at the north side of the property is a typical steel tower <br />construction. Along with the tower, there is a concrete precast building associated with <br />it. Both of these structures are surrounded by a fence. Mining activities will be kept far <br />enough away so that there will be no damage to this chain link fence. The distance of the <br />fence from these structures should eliminate the chance of having any damage to these <br />facilities. <br />At this time I have not done any of the publications or notification to adjoining property <br />owners.
