None of <br />the ownership in that quarter section is broken down into quarter/quarter section <br />divisions. Item 10 on new page 2 has been completed and returned with this letter. <br />Exhibit Q: Proof of Mailing to County Commissioners and soil Conservation District. <br />Proof of delivery has been provided with this package. <br />Exhibit S: Permanent Man-Made Structures: <br />As noted in the application package, the fence line on the property will be <br />maintained throughout the life of the mine. The fences are currently well <br />maintained and in good condition. <br />The well house located at the western edge of the permitted area is an older building that <br />is located in an area that will see very little mining activity. If it becomes necessary, this <br />building will be replaced. <br />Powerlines on the property will not be disturbed by mining activities. The powerline on <br />the west edge of the property is located in the same area as the well house and will not <br />see much mining activity. The powerline on the north edge of the property will be <br />relocated to the property line. Once this line has been relocated, a suitable area to support <br />the poles will be left undisturbed around them. <br />473-3100 • Fax <br />
