Application From: Page 2, Item 9, As shown on the map and in the legal description, we currently own al] of the Southeast and Southwest quarter section of Section 22. None of the ownership in that quarter section is broken down into quarter/quarter section divisions. Item 10 on new page 2 has been completed and returned with this letter. Exhibit Q: Proof of Mailing to County Commissioners and soil Conservation District. Proof of delivery has been provided with this package. Exhibit S: Permanent Man-Made Structures: As noted in the application package, the fence line on the property will be maintained throughout the life of the mine. The fences are currently well maintained and in good condition. The well house located at the western edge of the permitted area is an older building that is located in an area that will see very little mining activity. If it becomes necessary, this building will be replaced. Powerlines on the property will not be disturbed by mining activities. The powerline on the west edge of the property is located in the same area as the well house and will not see much mining activity. The powerline on the north edge of the property will be relocated to the property line. Once this line has been relocated, a suitable area to support the poles will be left undisturbed around them. 473-3100 • Fax
