<br />Page 2 <br />In addition, perform a similar testing and analysis program for <br />samples taken from the drainage and dike areas to ensure that all <br />contaminated soil with a TPIi greater than 10,000 ppm has been <br />removed to the stockpile. The resulting analysis will be supplied <br />to the Division of Minerals and Geology. <br />3.) If the analysis of the stockpiled soil exhibits oil <br />content as measured by oil and grease in excess of 10,000 ppm by <br />weight, Golorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission rule 906 ("On <br />Site Land Treatment of E&P Waste"), will be satisfied if it is <br />desired to remediate the contaminated soil usino landfarm <br />techniques.
