BEFORE THE MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD <br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />PRE-HEARING ORDER <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF ROCKY MOUNTAIN MATERLALS & <br />ASPHALT, INC. FOR A RECLAMATION PERMIT AMENDMENT, FILE NO. M-1992-016, <br />AM-02. <br />The Mined Land Reclamation Board ("the Board"), through preheazing conference officer Sandra <br />Brown, and pursuant to Construction Materials Rule 2.7, conducted a prehearing conference on <br />May 7, 2003 at Denver, Colorado. Tom Smith appeared on behalf of the Applicant. June <br />Mramor appeazed as the sole Objector. Steve Brown, Assistant Attorney General, and James <br />Dillie of the Division of Minerals and Geology appeared as staff to the Boazd. The Board, <br />having considered this order, as proposed by the prehearing conference officer, and having <br />considered any objections or comments from the parties, hereby enters the following Pre-hearing <br />Order for the captioned proceeding: <br />I. FORMAL PUBLIC HEARING <br />The Formal Public Heazing on this matter (unless noticed otherwise) is scheduled for May 28, <br />2003, at the Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 318, Denver, Colorado 80203, <br />during the Board's regular meeting. The Board's agenda (unless noticed otherwise) will begin at <br />10:00 a.m. <br />II.
