Parking is provided for at the transfer houses, coal slot <br />storage building, and train loadout facility for limited use by people utilizing <br />the facilities. The layout of these parking lots is shown on the above mentioned <br />drawings. They are also of gravel construction similar to the acceae road. <br />The parking Iota were constructed immediately after Bite grading and served as <br />lay-down and work areas Por the construction of adjacent facilities. <br />Drainage facilities for the above areas are included in the maps in the permit <br />application. <br />The parking lots will be removed following the cessation of mine operations. The <br />pavementand gravel base will be plowed up and covered during regrading operations. <br />I.aydown pads, work areas, and walkways at the mine entries, railroad loadout area <br />and various facilities were constructed in a fashion similar to the parking <br />lots. <br />N.&3 Access Roads The interplant acceae roads, the water storage tank acceae <br />road, alluvial wells acceae road, the ventilation entry access road, the explosive <br />storage area road, the haul road to the waste disposal area and the road to the <br />railroad loadout area were designed and constructed ae 30 CFR Clare II roads <br />because they are considered to be permanent roads with regular traffic.
