09/08/95 RCO called Devereaux, told him to publish notice, and
send response to NOV M-95-057.
09/11/95 RCO mailed adequacy letter to Devereaux, mailed copy to
Vasquez.
09/15/95 RCO faxed adequacy letter to Devereaux, included copy of
DWR/OSE response stating need for water info.
