An Assessment Conference was held at the <br />Division of Wildlife Office in Glenwood Springs on October 26, <br />1998. In attendance at the conference, in addition to you and me, <br />was Jeffery Dubbert and Charles Brady representing Blue Mountain <br />Energy, Inc. The Division of Minerals and Geology was represented <br />by Dan Mathews. <br />If you agree with the penalties, please sign the Settlement <br />Agreement within ten (10) days as instructed on the form. If you <br />disagree with the Settlement Agreement, do not sign it.
