September 30, 2003 <br />Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology <br />1313 Sherman St., Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br />Subject: Legal Right To Enter <br />Dear Sir or Madam, <br />The Adams County RV Park, LLC dba 124`h Estates Partners is submitting an application <br />to the Division to amend its Regulaz 112 Permit (M-2001-085) to include acreage for an <br />alternate crossing of the Fulton Ditch; to incorporate acreage of M-2002-113 into M- <br />2001-085; and to allow dredging of a neazby water ski lake. Some of this laud is located <br />on Lots 1 and 2 of the Corrigan Subdivision and is owned by the 120s' Estates Partners, <br />LLP. <br />As Managing Partner of the 120 Estates Partners, LLP, I am speaking for that entity in <br />granting a legal right to enter Lot 1 of the Corrigan Subdivision to the 124`h Estates <br />Partners.
