September 30, 2003 <br />Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215 <br />Denver, Colorado 80203 <br />Subject: Authority to Seek Permits/Approvals and to Conduct Mining Activities <br />Dear Sir or Madam, <br />The Adams County RV Park, LLC dba the124`h Estates Partners is seeking to amend <br />Regular 112 Reclamation Permit M-2001-085 to include acreage for an alternate crossing <br />of the Fulton Ditch; to incorporate acreage of M-2002-113 into M-2001-085; and to <br />allow dredging of a neazby water ski lake. Some of this land is located on Lots 1 and 2 of <br />the Corrigan Subdivision and is owned by the 120' Estates Partners, LLP <br />By this letter, as part owner of Lots 1 and 2 of the Corrigan Subdivision, I am granting to <br />the 124"' Estates Partners authority to act for me in all matters regarding the application <br />to amend Permit M-2001-085. If the amendment is approved by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board, I am also granting to the 124a' Estates Partners whatever authority <br />may be necessary to enter the land and to conduct mining and reclamation activities, as <br />approved by the State and other appropriate regulating entities. <br />Sincerely, <br />nna Sch 1 e~arm <br />
