The activities proposed by this Application to Amend M-2001-085 will have no significant effects on these surface waters. Construction of the new Fulton Ditch crossing will occur in the winter, when there is no flow in the Ditch. As the ski lake is dredged, some water will be incidentally pumped from the water ski lake with sand and squeegee; however, this water will drain to the retention basin along the northern edge of the mining acreage and be returned to the ski lake.
