THE CHAIRMAN: Okay. Board questions?
MRS. WINTER: When did this operation begin?
THE CHAIRMAN: Go on, Mr. Bingham.
MR. BINGHAM: The operation under my management
began June 3rd of this year. It had--all of the equipment had
been sold, and I had to repossess it. So, when I repossessed
it, we actually started on June 6 again. We got our court
judgment on June 3rd of this year.
MRS. WINTER: There was already mining on the
site?
MR. BINGHAM: Yes, there was the same type of
operation by the other company.
MRS. WINTER: When did they start it?
MR. BINGHAM: They started about the end of
March of this year.
MRS. WINTER: Okay.
MR. LOPE: Isn't it basically, though, before
March you have been conducting the operation?
MR. BINGHAM: On a different location.
MR. LOYE: Doing the same kind of operation up
and down the river for years?
MR. BINGHAM: Yeah. We closed our operation at
a different :Location the 1st of January--the 2nd of January of
this year. Prior to t17at, we had been operating for four
years up and down the North Fork River.
