C+fin~relc L Goclcgy <br />Enclosed are two copies of an appeal to the denial of the release request for the remaining permitted land <br />at the Pueblo West Pit located south of the Arkansas River. Included is a letter From Jerry Hermans as well <br />as the information required for the appeal of the release request. That information includes a narrative of <br />the basis for the appeal, documents regarding the site and agreements with State Parks, a map of the area, <br />and an aerial photo.
