Phase Nb Weekly Samman~ No. 24 Paae 3 003-203 <br />Golder observed placement and compaction of BF in the Phase IVb OSA. Golder CQA verified <br />minimum thickness of I foot for finish grade. and method compaction For finish and surface <br />acceptance as required. <br />Golder observed geomembrane deployment, documenting ambient air temperature. panel <br />dimensions, thickness, seaming, tie-in overlap, and seam testing (trial seams, pressure, vacuum, and <br />destructive). Geomembrane placed in the Phase FVb OSA met the project specifications. <br />Laboratory Tests <br />Golder obtained a QA sample of Bedding Fill (BFb-04). Laboratory index testing was conducted on <br />samples of Bedding Fill (BFb-04) and Soil Liner Fill (SLFb-16) to verify suitability of materials <br />used. Laboratory test results are presented in Attachment B. <br />Meetines <br />CC&V held a Weekly Contractors meeting on July 1, 2003. Items discussed included Safety, <br />Environmental, Schedule, and CQA.
