The project site is <br />located within Section 18, Township 49 North, Range 9 West, <br />Montrose County, Colorado. <br />The Corps of Engineers, has issued regional general permit <br />number 4 to authorize certain limited discharges of dredged or <br />fill material associated with road crossing projects. Based on <br />our review of the information submitted, the project is <br />authorized by this regional permit subject to the enclosed permit <br />• conditions. <br />This authorization is valid until July 1, 1999. We have <br />assigned number 199775015 to your project. Please refer to this <br />number in any correspondence with this office. If your plan to <br />work extends beyond July 1, 1999, you must contact this office to <br />receive an extension.
