Webster) permit applications for the Jones Pit <br />and the West Tennessee Pit, both located in Lake County. <br />In our transmittal letter, we did not enclose the permit <br />application fee of $1,100 for the Jones Pit and $1,500 for <br />the West Tennessee Pit. Enclosed now please find check in <br />the amount of $2,600 paid by Charles J. Webster for Webster <br />Sand and Gravel to cover both of the application permit fees. <br />Please be advised that as we advised you and the Board <br />at the September hearing, there presently is a dispute as <br />to the ownership of Webster Sand and Gravel and Webster Sand <br />and Gravel, Inc. Ellis B. Webster died January 31, 1981 <br />and his Estate is presently being probated in Lake County <br />under No. 81PR3. In connection with the administration of <br />his Estate, Charles Webster, partner and co-owner of Webster <br />Sand and Gravel, has asserted his interest in and to a one-half <br />undivided interest in and to the business of Webster Sand and <br />Gravel and Webster Sand and Gravel, Inc. pursuant to his partner- <br />ship agreement and arrangement with the deceased.
