Denver, Colorado 80203 Mr. Mark Loye Department of Natural Resources Mined Land Reclamation Re: Applications Permits Webster Sand .Webster Sand Dear Mr. Loye: for Mined Land Reclamation and Gravel - Jones Pit, Lake County and Gravel - West Tennessee Pit, Lake County We filed today in behalf of Webster Sand and Gravel (Charles J. Webster) permit applications for the Jones Pit and the West Tennessee Pit, both located in Lake County. In our transmittal letter, we did not enclose the permit application fee of $1,100 for the Jones Pit and $1,500 for the West Tennessee Pit. Enclosed now please find check in the amount of $2,600 paid by Charles J. Webster for Webster Sand and Gravel to cover both of the application permit fees. Please be advised that as we advised you and the Board at the September hearing, there presently is a dispute as to the ownership of Webster Sand and Gravel and Webster Sand and Gravel, Inc. Ellis B. Webster died January 31, 1981 and his Estate is presently being probated in Lake County under No. 81PR3. In connection with the administration of his Estate, Charles Webster, partner and co-owner of Webster Sand and Gravel, has asserted his interest in and to a one-half undivided interest in and to the business of Webster Sand and Gravel and Webster Sand and Gravel, Inc. pursuant to his partner- ship agreement and arrangement with the deceased.
