.,~, Exhibit E -Reclamation Plan It is the intent of the applicanUoperator to place overburden and accompanying topsoil stockpiles such that haul distances for replacement at the outset of phased reclamation are minimized. For replacement haul distances longer than 300 feet, earthmovers (scrapers) may be employed. Within 300 feet, front-end loaders andlor dozers will be utilized. It is proposed that the minimum reclaimed depth of material overlying the sandstone bedrock will adequately provide for sustainable revegatation, inclusive of material left in- situ, replaced overburden and 6" of topsoil. The existing N/S roadway will remain after reclamation. Mining Phase perimeter roadways will also remain. Interior phase access roads will be reclaimed in the course of post-mining reclamation. In consult with local experts, the proposed seed mix has been revised. It is attached as amended Exhibit E -Reclamation Plan (Exhibit E -A). Exhibit F -Reclamation Man Should mining occur where the existing irrigation line lies, this line will be relocated as necessary. Reclamation contours as depicted on Exhibit F remain valid. This irrigation line, as discussed eazlier, is owned exclusively by the applicantloperatorllandowner, LBCR, LLC. Revisions to Exhibit F showing perimeter roads to remain aze attached as Exhibit F-A. Any improvements made to the existing N/S roadway, as necessary, will remain after reclamation. Stormwater control structures created during mining will not remain post-reclamation. The reclamation Phase C contour lines in question have been revised on Exhibit F-A. As discussed above, it is not known to what extent mining will occur west of the buried irrigation line. With the exclusion of the existing 110 pit floor, all affected azeas will be revegetated.
