will be informed; if the packet is complete you will be instructed to publish a notice in the paper. At a minimum
please follow the format shown in the 110 application packet (please refer to the copy enclosed for your use). After
the one-time publication you must provide a notarized affidavit from the publisher. There will be a 10-day public
comment period after the publication date. Please be aware that if the Division receives an objection concerning a
topic within our jurisdiction, this TR will automatically become an amendment. At that time, all review will cease
until we receive the additional amendment fee.
At this time, no review of the bond amount will be made by this office, though it wind occur soon after the TR is
finalized. If you have questions at any time during this process, please do not hesitate to contact either Ms.
Ericksen or myself. I can be reached at the Division's Durango field office: 701 Camino del Rio, Room 125,
Durango, CO 81301; telephone 970/247-5193 or fax 970/247-5104.
I enjoyed working on the acreage reduction request, and I look forward to working with you on the upcoming
technical revision.
Sincerely,
~~~ ~~v
Bob Oswald
Environmental Protection Specialist
Encl: copies of permit maps, 110 application papers.
Ec (w/out encl): Harry Posey, DMG
Suzi Ericksen, DMG
A:\crites ar01 appr & tr/rco
