The County <br />surveyor is doing a detailed survey of the pit area and the effected out of permiit <br />area potential damage and doing calculations on the amount of materials mined <br />and the amount of materials that will be placed back into the excavated area. <br />San Juan County will be applying for a conversion application to go from the <br />current 110C, Ilmfted permit to a 172 Regular Operation permit that will affect all' <br />of the current pit and any and all surrounding land affected by the present <br />operations and will submit all required mining and r®damation plans.
