This permit as scheduled for an
inspection and bond recalculation during this year. As you know, we inspected the site on Jul 20, 2000, at which
time we discussed the condition of the site and the required reclamation.
The attached pages contain a summary sheet of all reclamation tasks, followed by a detailed b eakdown of each
task. The recalculation is based on the approved reclamation plan and current condition of the site. Included in this
recalculation is a weed control task, since we observed a small thistle infestation. Other tasks include the ripping of
the road and staging area, rough grading the area, revegetation, and equipment mobilization.
Your current bond amount is $2,500.00, posted in the form of a letter of credit. This recalculation contains a new
total figure of$4,278.00, indicating an increase of$1,778.00. Please look over these figures d ILL me know
promptly if you note any errors or omissions, or more efficient methods of performing any of I tasks. Likewise,
if anything herein represents reclamation already performed, that amount may be deleted fro the required bond.
State law allows this office to periodically review the bond, and notify an operator if an increase is required.
