(PCPs majority owner) and several <br />substantial natural gas producers and transporters. Those <br />statements, presentations, and affidavits are incorporated herein <br />by reference. <br />5. The proposed new time for abatement, June 27, 1990 <br />should be a reasonable time in which PCI can determine whether it <br />can obtain and submit a replacement reclamation bond to the State <br />of Colorado. <br />6. As PCPs reclamation bond status is scheduled for <br />review and consideration by the Board at its regularly scheduled <br />hearing on June 28, 1990, the status of this replacement bond <br />would be known by the time of the Board meeting and the <br />Division's position and recommended action by the Division and/or <br />the Board could be acted upon. <br />7. If this request for modification is granted by the <br />Division, PCI hereby waives its right to notice of the Division's <br />and/or Board's specifically proposed action on June 28, 1990, <br />provided the range of contemplated options for action by the <br />• Division and/or Board is disclosed to PCI and its counsel by June <br />22, 1990. <br />Thank you for your consideration of this request.
