LOng <br />Division Dinxior <br />Proposed Settlement Agreements for the above noted Notices of <br />Violation (NOVs) are enclosed, along with assessment conference <br />summaries and narrative justifications for the proposed settlement <br />amounts. The assessment conference for each of the NOVS was held <br />in the offices of the Division on May 11, 1993. You, Wayne <br />Erickson, Terry Crowner, and Brian Gontarek were present, <br />representing Pittsburg & Midway Coal Mining Company (P&M). Larry <br />Routten and Susan Morrison represented the Division, and I was the <br />Assessment Conference Officer. <br />For each of the Settlement Agreements enclosed, please sign the <br />form and return a signed copy to the Division if you concur with <br />the settlement proposal. If you do not agree with the settlement <br />proposal, do not sign the form.
