<br /> <br />Memo - The BMRI File <br />Status of "Third Party Sampling" <br />page 4 <br />S <br />(25> At RCG's request three changes were made to the Contract text by Dean <br />Massey on October 14, 1992. <br />(26> Dean Massey forwarded originals of the amended Contract to RCG for <br />execution by messenger on October 15, 1992. <br />(27) RCG executed the originals of the Contract and returned them to Dean <br />Massey for BMRI's execution on Octcbe~ 16, 1992. <br />(28) On October 16, 1992, Anne Baldrige of i3MRI requested that I approve t'.ao <br />additional changes to the MOU. These changes extended the period of <br />notification provided to BMRI before a third party verification event <br />from two to five working days and expr?sled a Division commitfnent to <br />coordinate the thin] party sampling events with 6MRI's normal samoiing <br />schedule.
