-4- <br />Trout Creek. Provide an estimate of the total slurry (water plus solids) volume discharged to Foidel Creek. <br />Submit a written report of such assessments to the Division. <br />Step 7. Submit plans for abatement of any potential long-term impacts (cleaning of fines from Foidel Creek, <br />etc.), including the planned completion date. Include directions, concurrence or approval from CDPHE, <br />CDO W and CE necessary to address any potential impacts to water quality and aquatic life in Foidel Creek <br />and Trout Creek, and the stream buffer zones. <br />Step 8. Continue sampling of Sedimentation Pond E and Foidel Creek to verify compliance with CPDS <br />effluent limitations and WQCC receiving stream standazds. Send a copy of any special reports submitted to <br />CDPHE to the Division on the same schedule. <br />Step 9. Re-establish all DRMS-approved sediment control systems. <br />Step 10.
