'~ <br />Wildlife Hasina <br />With the exception of the two decomposed ducks r'ported to <br />your office and the Colorado Division of Wildlife on ~pril 9, <br />1992, no other mortalities have been known to occur. ~BMR <br />initiated a hazing program as soon as the pond began do thaw. <br />The program, which consists of air cannons and guarding of the <br />pond by BMR personnel equipped with shotguns using bla~ks, has <br />been effective. Colorado Division of Wildlife personn 1 have <br />inspected the hazing program and indicated their gener~l <br />concurrence with the procedures. <br />The data fully supports the conclusion that the p ocess <br />solution has been totally contained within the lined t flings <br />facility and there has been no release to the environm nt.
