It follows the format of your draft of October 14, <br />1986, with the revisions Snowmass feels are necessary. <br />Particularly, because of the notice to pay fixed penalty issued <br />by MLRD on October 15, 1986, it will be necessary for Snowmass <br />to file a request for hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board as to the MLRD NOV and to pay $1,000.00 into escrow, in <br />order to carry out the settlement. 'T'his will necessitate the <br />Board's approval of the settlement. <br />
