PAGE FIVE <br />CASE IiPRJ2001-00060 <br />STAGECOACH SAND & GRAVEL MINE <br />16. Applicant shall demonstrate compliance with Air Pollution Control Division, and Water <br />Quality Control Division of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. <br />17. Unless modified or otherwise noted in the approved Resolution and Operations Plan, the <br />mining operation shall comply with the Adams Count~Zoning Re¢ulations, Section <br />11.340. <br />18. All haul trucks shall cover their loads pursuant to C.R.S. 42-4-1407. <br />19. Fugitive dust control mechanisms must be in place, and functioning at all times. <br />20. All complaints received by the applicant conceming impacts to offsite wells, and the <br />resolution of those complaints, shall be conveyed to the Department of Planning and <br />Development. Impacts to offsite water wells, from de-watering activities, shall be <br />responded to and resolved immediately by the applicant. Disputes conceming impacts to <br />offsite water wells may be resolved by the Department of Planning and Development, <br />and may be justification for a Show Cause Heazing before the Adams County Board of <br />County Commissioners. <br />21. This site is subject to inspections from Adams County inspectors, during reasonable <br />working hours. Adams County may give notice of inspection prior to the inspection. <br />22. Hours of operation shall be as follows; <br />a. Mining, crushing, and screening of the gravel between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., <br />Monday through Saturday. <br />b. Loading and hauling of material between the hours of 6 a.m. and 9 p.m., Monday <br />through Saturday <br />c. Completion of maintenance work between the hours of 6 p.m. and 10 p.m„ Monday <br />through Friday <br />d. No activity on Sundays and Lafazge recognized holidays <br />23. All mining operations shall conform to the standards in Section 4.300 of the Adams <br />County Zonine Reeulations in regards to noise, lighting, dust, and odor. <br />24. This subdivision will be subject to all Traffic Impact Fees, which will be assessed and <br />collected at time of building permit. <br />25. The applicant shall limit the combined total truck traffic from both Mann Lake and the <br />Stagecoach Pit to no more than 454 truck trips per day for a two month overlap and <br />mining shall not be transported from this site until a "notice to proceed" is received from <br />the Department of planning and Development <br />
