SUBMITTAL ITEM G ~ U ~ (T <br />SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR A SCRAP TIRE RECYCLING FACILITY <br />1. Description of the process to be used for fire recycling <br />2. Vicinity map. <br />3. Site plan showing all drainage features, buildings, stockpiling, temporary waste storage areas, washing <br />areas, buildings, roadways, parking, and all other pertinent features. <br />4. Proposed access and hours of operation. <br />5. Provisions to minimize nuisance conditions on the site such as those described in Section 4-12 of the <br />Development Regulations. <br />6. Description of details regarding the extent of any outside storage, which shall include methodology to be <br />used in estimating the number of processed and unprocessed tires stored on site. <br />7. Copies of all State Environmental Permits. <br />8. Traffic impact analysis in accordance with Section 8-02 of the Development Regulations. <br />9. Emergency management plan and fire protection plan, reviewed and approved by the local fire district. <br />0. Viable end use of recycled fire materials including statements from customers who will purchase recycled <br />materials and the proposed marketing area, <br />11. Landscape plan including an eight foot security fence or solid screen security fence. All outside storage <br />shall be screened from view. <br />12. Health and safety plan for transfer station employees to be reviewed by Tri-County Health Department. <br />
