Will the discharge permit transfer to the new operator if dewatering activities continue at <br />the site? <br />9. Do you intend to place the topsoil and overburden stockpiles at the approved locations? <br />10. Do you intend to comply with all other aspects of the approved mining and reclamation <br />plans? <br />Currently, the decision due date is set for Apri119, 2004.
