Topsoil from newly disturbed azeas wiA be spread on previously reclaimed azeas. <br />I f there aze no areas to reclaim as topsoil is being produced; excess topsoil from the <br />western areas of Stages 2, 4, 5, and 6 will be stockpiled in Stage 6 or 7 as appropriate. In <br />the eastern areas of Stages 2, 4, and 5 topsoil will be stockpiled along the northern, <br />eastern or southern permit boundary. In the event there are no areas to reclaim as overburden is being produced, excess <br />overburden will lazgely be stockpiled west of the mining operations in Stages 2, 4, 5, and <br />7.
