Box 100 <br />San Luis, CO 81152 <br />RE: San Acacio Pit (Permit M-1999-024) Continuation of Board Hearing on Possible Violation <br />Dear Ms. Pacheco: <br />On January 26, 2000, the Mined Land Reclamation Board continued itr consideration of a possrble violation at the <br />San Acacio Pit for failure to protect areas outride the affected land from damage during the mining operation and <br />reclamation until the Board's meeting an February 23-24, 2000. <br />The February 23-24, 2000 meeting of the Board will again be held in Room 318, 1313 Shaman St, Denver, <br />Colorado.
