Long <br />Division Director <br />On February 23, 2000, the Mined Land Reclamation Boazd continued its consideration of a possible violation at the <br />San Acacio Pit for failure to protect areas auaide the affected land from damage during the mining operation and <br />reclamation for 90 days. This would bring the matter back before the Board during the May 24-25,2000 meeting. <br />So far as is currently known, the May 24-25, 2000 meeting of the Board will be held in Room 318, 1313 Sherman <br />St., Denver, Colorado.
