The property to be released includes 18 acres of the southern permit azea in Section <br />31, Range 66 West, Township 1 North. The area is illustrated on the Pre-mining/Mining Plan <br />map attached. <br />The permit area included in this release request was not included within the mining 1tmits ofthe <br />original permit and has not been disturbed by mining activities.
