At the October meeting the Board will hear a report on
progress that has been made and determine whether further Board action will be
required. The Division has asked Mr. Mills to contact all parties with an
interest in the former mine area in order to meet with the Division and
himself to seek a resolution agreeable to all parties prior to the Board
meeting.
If you have any questions, please contact Tony Waldron or me.
Sincerely:
/ /,/
~L f /is` /,~~ va
Michael S.
