Banta, <br />Division Direa~or <br />Re: Continuance of bond forfeiture hearing for Tr inidaa Basin Mine (C-81-048) <br />Dear Mr. Mills: <br />The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board continued the hearing for the <br />forfeiture of the Trinidad Basin Mine bond until the October 17-18, 1990 Board <br />meeting with the hope that all parties could resolve the outstanding access <br />and reclamation issues at the mine site without the forfeiture of the <br />reclamation bond.
