landowner that an application for release has been submitted and if there are no
objections or if the landowner approves of the release in advance, the process goes much
smoother.
Therefore, I am sending you this notice in advance of filing SGC's application for release
and request that you review the pictures and contact me if you have any questions or
would like to discuss the reclamation work that was done. If after reviewing the pictures
and if you choose, discussing with me the work, you have no objections to the removal of
the Marshall Bertrand from SGC's Mined Land Reclamation Permit area, 1 would
appreciate it if you would sign the attached form and send it back to me for attachment to
my application for release- If you have any objections, I would appreciate the opportunity
to discuss them with you.
Also, if you had an agreement with Standard Metals regarding the Marshall [3ertrand
Millsite, could you send me a copy so I can double check that all terms have been
completed? I am confident that if there is an agreement, the reclamation work SGC has
completed will satisfy it since SG(' has done more reclamation in this area than Standard
Metals had agreed to in its Colorado Mined Land Reclamation plan.
I will look forward to hearing Crom you.
Sincerely,
Larry Perino
Reclamation Manager
