Shomak=~, Inc. from consideration. <br />Shomaker, Inc. proposed to use Jim Tolisanc ~~ Associates as a suhcont actor to <br />perform -he sampling. Tolisano had proposed to use James W. Sharman s their <br />primary field personnel. .4r. Sharman's qualifications and experience <br />concentrated in forestry. In addition, discussions at the site Burin the <br />field visit hosted by BMRI on July 22, 1992, lead me to believe that r. <br />Sharman did not understand the specific nature of the task. For thes reasons <br />I eliminated Shomaker, Inc. from consider-aticn and invited the remain ng two <br />sampling nominees to oral intervie~.as. <br />
