Please provide cost figures for a 6" clay cover on <br />the waste dumps and 6" of topsoil placement over <br />the top and sides. <br />Cotter Response <br />Cotter has undertaken a survey of local contractors to <br />determine, with additional veracity, the basis for the reclama- <br />tion cost estimates provided in Exhibit L of the amendrlent <br />application.
